Sustainable transformation happens when strategy is grounded in reality — accounting for politics, culture, capability, and timing.

Started leading operations at Al-Safi Danone, managing 40-person teams and 11 production lines. Learned that execution excellence requires systems thinking. Every decision ripples through the organization.
National Programs
Led major programs under Vision 2030 across Health, Industry, and Education ministries. Managed portfolios worth billions of riyals, learning to navigate the Kingdom's unique political and institutional complexity while delivering measurable outcomes that matter.
Institution Building
Helped establish new Saudi government entities including RDIA and the Ministry of Industry as part of Vision 2030's institutional transformation. This work shaped my understanding of how strategy must align with Saudi governance, culture, and long-term national sustainability.
